WHY DO I TEACH?Every child deserves a teacher who believes in the intrinsic value of all persons and who can help them find their place as a contributing member of a kind and supportive community. I've worked at many schools and for leaders with a wide range of priorities. Every family and every teacher deserves a school leader with the courage and conviction to not give up when the going gets rough. Link Schrader (August 2022) I hold K-12 teaching licenses in California, Missouri, and Kansas. In Kansas I hold a Building Leadership license and, in California, a Certificate of Eligibility for school administrative positions. My teaching experience has primarily been supporting learners receiving Special Education services in general education classrooms, and supporting students with emotional and behavioral challenges in both inclusive and alternative settings, such as community and juvenile court schools. At present, I'm in between teaching assignments.
